About
Welcome to Highway Cat Studio! My name is Liz Kuntz, and I am a fiber artist from Cleveland, Ohio. I am currently studying Fiber and Sustainability at MICA (The Maryland Institute College of Art). Through my studies, I have become passionate about understanding where our materials come from, and the environmental and social impact that follows. Because of this, I have made it my goal to create my art using sustainable and ethical practices, while maintaining their functionality, beauty, and affordability. I hope you’ll stay and have a look around my website. If you have any questions feel free to contact me here.
This is Rambo, my studio assistant that I found on the side of the Highway, and is the inspiration for my studio name! Whether he’s playing with yarn or taking a nap on my fabric, Rambo is always willing to lend a paw in the studio.
